Our CNC turning center is the tool of choice when a large quantity complex
parts are needed. This high speed machine offers an 8 inch by 13 inch work
envelope, 4 foot bar pulling capacity, 12 station tool turret, and a large

High quantity milling is performed on one of our two very powerful and
accurate CNC machining centers. With their 30 hp spindle motors and large 24"
x 50" x 22" table travel, they are versatile enough to tackle most jobs.

Programming of the CNC machining centers is accomplished through an
in-house computer aided manufacturing program (CAM) located in our
inspection lab. What does this mean for our customers?
Our computer aided machining program allows us to see your part being
machined before we even take a cut. It allows us to pin point potential hazards
prior to machining and eliminate costly scrap due to poor part programs. CAM
software allows us to save programs for future use. We can also import .dxf
and .iges files from a CAD system. So if you have a pre-engineered part, the
programming costs can be reduced.
